HOW DO I GET THERE

There are many ways to get here and here is a list of how you can easily manage yout tryp:

we have a transfer you can book from the Airport or Oporto city center
By train from Estação Porto Campanhã to Cete. There we can pick you up
By car you can look on Google Maps for Quinta Melquiades

CAN I PARTICIPATE ALONE?

We have a plan for individuals, couples and trouples.

DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?

Our retreat is planned accordingly to your wishes, it can be an iniciation into meditation, a relaxing time or an advanced path towards inner discovery.

DO I NEED TO BE NAKED?

Nudity is allowed in certain areas but not mandatory in any way. Also outdoors may have some areas that are not allowed exposion due to visibility from the neighbourhood.

IS THERE ANY SEXUAL ACTIVITY?

No practice involves sexual contact or activity nor it is encouraged. Couples can have their time in the bedroom whenever they want but the staff will not participate. Tantra is about the connection to the gross matter in a spiritual way and sex is a part of it as it is food, breathing, nature or human relations.

CAN I SMOKE, DRINK ALCOHOL OR CONSUME DRUGS?

There is a strict policy of non smoking, no alcohol, drugs or animal food in the precinct.
